Bosphorus cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Bosphorus was founded 30 years ago by 3 cymbal smiths who spent years working with the masters that made the legendary Turkish cymbals of the 50s, 60’s and 70’s. Bosphorus cymbals are made using traditional techniques that date back to the Ottoman Empire, and each cymbal is completely hand hammered and hand lathed.
