Order before 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

Order after 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day dispatch.

Order Friday for delivery the following Monday.

Order Saturday for delivery the following Tuesday.

International shipping

International shipping prices are calculated in your shopping cart. Click on the "estimate shipping costs" drop down list to reveal and select your country. If your shipping destination isn't shown please CONTACT US for the price.

International VAT and duty charges

If you are buying from outside the UK you'll be charged import VAT/duty by your own country. We have no control over this charge and each country sets its own VAT rates. There are 2 ways you can pay your VAT/duty charge:

1. Pay the VAT separately when your cymbal arrives.

To do this buy your cymbal using our shopping cart and check out in the normal way. You just pay us for the cymbal and shipping. You'll be billed separately for the VAT/duty by your own customs before your cymbal is delivered.

2. Pay the VAT with your purchase.

To do this CONTACT US quoting the cymbal you wish to buy and your full address. We'll give you a quote for the price of the cymbal, shipping and your VAT/duty charge. Then if you wish to proceed you pay us for everything and we pay your VAT/duty bill for you.
