Some of these cymbals are completely hand made from start to finish, whilst others are made using a blend of traditional and modern handcrafting techniques. However, all the cymbals I stock are chosen only from each makers professional range of models.

Istanbul Agop cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Istanbul Agop was founded by Agop Tomurcuk, who started making cymbals at the age of 9 in the original Zildjian K factory, & went on to become Zildjian's chief cymbal-smith. Istanbul Agop have been making cymbals for over 50 years, & their cymbals are played & endorsed by some of the worlds finest drummers.

Bosphorus cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Bosphorus was founded in 1996 by Hasan Seker, Ibrahim Yakici & Hasan Ozdemir who were cymbal-smiths under the masters that made the legendary Turkish cymbals of the 50's & 60’s. Bosphorus make some of the finest handcrafted cymbals available & each cymbal is still traditionally hammered & lathed entirely by hand. 

Istanbul Mehmet cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Istanbul Mehmet was founded by Mehmet Tamdeger who learned the art of cymbal making from the grandson of Kerope Zildjian, & worked in the Zildjian factory for many years. Istanbul Mehmet have been making cymbals for more than 50 years & they produce some of the best Turkish cymbals available.

Collingwood

Collingwood cymbals are handcrafted in the UK from Turkish B20 bronze. Each cymbal is traditionally hammered & lathed entirely by hand by independent cymbal-smith Dave Collingwood. Dave has also spent years working as a professional drummer & he applies his knowledge of what makes a great cymbal from a player's perspective into his manufacturing techniques as a cymbal-smith.

Samsun cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Samsun was founded over 20 years ago by Mustafa Diril, who was a cymbal-smith in the original Istanbul factory. Mustafa was also a founding member of the cymbal company that made the "Twenty" series for Paiste & the "Byzance" range for Meinl. Samson cymbals are made using a blend of traditional & modern handcrafting techniques.

Turkish cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Turkish was started in 1996 by Istanbul Mehmet cymbals to act as its sister company. Their founder, Mehmet Tamdeger, wanted to develop what he called "new generation" sounds, & offer drummers a wider range of cymbals at more affordable prices. 

Diril cymbals are handcrafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Diril is run by Ibrahim Diril who was a cymbal-smith at the original Istanbul factory. Ibrahim was also a founding member of the cymbal company that made the "Twenty" series for Paiste & the "Byzance" range for Meinl. Diril cymbals are traditionally hammered & lathed entirely by hand.

Anatolian cymbals are hand crafted in Turkey from B20 bronze. Anatolian was founded in 1999 by Temel & Baris Tamdeger who were co-founders of the Istanbul Mehmet cymbal company & worked in the Istanbul factory for years. All Anatolian cymbals are traditionally hammered & lathed entirely by hand.
